Perry A, Inc, a home decorating company specializing in custom silk arrangements, accessories, consulting and staging, is proud to introduce the initial offering in it’s new venture; candles. As a natural out growth of our home décor business, we have created a signature line of candle fragrances to complement our decorating style.

Shipping Information:

Our order turnaround time is normally very fast, however it varies depending on the shipping method selected. Note that the times discussed here are the typical time it takes to get packages out and does not reflect the transit time, which depends on the shipping method selected. Orders are processed within 24-48 hrs of the day they are received. They are packed the following work day. Orders arriving before 5 PM CST , are normally packed the following day. Orders arriving later will often add one day to the times shown below. Exceptions - The information above is the normal time it takes to get your order out. On rare occasions it could take longer due to high order volume or around major holidays. We are closed on all national holidays. This delivery schedule is based on products that are in stock. Please feel free to email or call to check availability of any product we carry. If you need your products by a specific date, please indicate that date when you order. We cannot guarantee that your products will get to you on time but we will do our best and we will contact you if we have any concerns. Note: Priority Mail, Express Mail, Next Day Air, and so forth are the names used by the Postal Service and UPS and only applies to delivery time after the product is received from our warehouse.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition including the original packaging within 15 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping costs. For any merchandise returned that is NOT in its original condition and original packaging there will be a 20% restocking fee charged. If the merchandise arrives damaged, please contact the delivery company for a claim. Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. In order to return merchandise, you must request an RMA number. RMA requests can only be processed within 5 days of the receipt of the order. Returns must be received within 15 days of the date of issue of the RMA number. No returns will be accepted without the RMA authorization. To return the merchandise please include the following information: 1. Full name and address 2. Phone number 3. Original Order Confirmation Number 4. The reason for the return 5. Any package that has not been received by us and tracking information can not be provided will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange. If your package is returned to us marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $7.95 re-shipping fee.
